:: PROOF AND FILES ::
• Digital proofs are sent on a white background and do not reflect your paper color selection.
• Colors render differently on every monitor, therefore color variances should be expected.
• All PDF files are emailed print ready. Layout or size changes may incur an additional fee after the design has been created; fee varies per item.
• Rush orders cannot be guaranteed if you fail to leave the proper information at checkout & processing time will begin from the time you give us the necessary information, not the time of placing the order.
• While we have a very generous proofing policy, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction or charge an additional fee if the changes required become excessive or unreasonable.
:: PAPER OPTIONS, PRINTING & HANDMADE ITEMS ::
• We offer a variety of cardstock choices, which can be found within the listings when applicable.
• We do not print foil, metallic or white ink.
• We make everything by hand! Slight imperfections should be expected.
• Every monitor and/or device may render colors differently so expect some variation from what you see on your proof and what is printed. There are no refunds on color variances but you may ask for a mailed proof to see an actual print color.

• Our preferred shipping is USPS Ground Advantage or First Class. Upgrade options are available on all orders to expedite transport times.
• International Buyers: You are solely responsible for any taxes, collection or associated fees of your package per your country's regulations. Please require additional time in case your package gets held up at customs.
